Revere on Mississippi
Located at the intersection of Mississippi and Fremont in Northeast Portland, Revere is the latest upscale multi-family project from developer Fore Property and Holst Architects. Revere features an unparalleled amenities package which incorporates audio/video technology throughout.
Upon entry of the lobby and leasing area, tenants and prospective residents are greeted with background music throughout.
The adjacent Community Room is divided into two separate seating areas. The larger room features an immersive 11.1 channel surround sound system and an 85” television. All speakers are neatly concealed from view. In keeping with the music vibe of Portland’s North Mississippi neighborhood, a turntable and extensive record collection feature prominently. Tenants can play back their own music sources by using one of two in-wall Bluetooth audio interfaces. The entire system is intuitively controlled via two 7” color touchscreen controllers.
The nearby Conference Room features a large flat panel display, as well as a camera and tabletop mic system, allowing tenants to use the space for video conferencing. An in-wall touchscreen controller ensures simple operation without management involvement.
On the lower level, the large Fitness Room features two large televisions, music overhead, Bluetooth audio connectivity and a 7” color touchscreen controller to intuitively operate the whole room. The nearby Yoga Room also features a large display, high quality audio and streaming video capabilities, allowing tenants to work out with their favorite virtual instructors.
Outside of the Fitness and Yoga rooms lies an interior courtyard and bouldering wall. Outdoor speakers affixed to the building facade provide musical motivation as residents scramble up their own private El Capitan.
Finally, the Karaoke Lounge is where residents can bring their friends to demonstrate their singing chops. A large 75” television and high-power audio system help propel singers to stardom.
