Baseline 158 Apartments

There is a lot to like about AG Spanos' newest Beaverton based apartment complex, Baseline 158. As you might be able to tell by the name, it is walking distance to the Nike campus across the street, and not too far from Tanasbourne and Intel. There is even a multilevel parking garage, which is rare these days.

Our favorite part, however, is the resort-like amenities, which is where we were able to help out. If you care to take a dip, either in the pool or spa, you will have access to streaming audio throughout the planters and covered remada. There are even outdoor TVs so you don't have to miss the game or your favorite talk show.

The exercise room has cable to each of the 4 TVs of course, but also streaming audio and Bluetooth so you can listen to your own workout music. If there is music playing in the space and you want to listen in to what's on any one of the TVs, you can do so with a local streaming service that lets you stream the program playing directly to your smartphone, no compromises.

And the jewel of the amenities spaces is the 5th floor game room. This space overlooks the Nike campus and has floor to ceiling windows. There are two main sections. One is a modular couch lounge with a full 7.1 surround system and 85" screen for movies, video games presentations, whatever you want. The other side is the game area with a billiard and shuffleboard table and two more TVs. The audio and video in the space is easily controlled by one of two 7" color touchscreens that allows the tenants to select their audio and video sources.
